Sorry miss read your post, that solution is for iOS. There isn't a search plugin for Android yet, I believe there is one on its way.

looks like an awesome menu plugin, but unfortunately it's IOS only, and i'm not sure it has a search option in it.

It always does, but it's so much fun, and when something actually works, it's exciting :) Cheers! -- Smug

any idea who is working on a search plug-in by the way? if no one is making one, i would be glad to try and make it... what should i ask for if i would like to buy a service from a developer? is there anyone who would like to help me introduce such a code (after i get it from a developer) to buzztouch via "create a plugin"? i beleive after the first one i will be able to make others on my own and this first one i will put for free on the plug-in market. Thanks in advance David

My first stop is always github.com for sample code. After that, take a look at a few of the webinars where david builds a few plugins, and it's rather informative. Lots of good information even if you're not a programmer. Eventually, you will be :) Cheers! -- Smug

So i'v found this link, tried to play with it in some of my apps but ended up with endless errors on eclipse so i couldn't really test anything but maybe someone here could figure out how to introduce this to a buzztouch android app: http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/search/search-dialog.html
