Has anyone used...?

Has anyone used searchman.com? Looks like it searches similar apps and their keywords to see how your app compares during app searches. Then it suggests keywords to use in yours. Just seeing if anyone has used them or any similar type of companies. Thanks. -Shane

Yes, I got an email from them the other day. I've been getting a daily report on how my apps are performing, don't fully understand it as I haven't spent much time on their site. You get a few keywords for one app for free from their analysis, then there are payment options for in-depth reports, which I haven't tried... I updated an app the other day and it's showing a boost in placement in their reports, which, as a developer, is encouraging to see if nothing else.

@raveyd I've done the same thing...Not sure if it is worth paying for or not. Seems inexpensive though.

I'm not sure either @Outbreak. As it seems pretty new, I was going to wait a while until reviews/discussions start popping up.

Here is a quote from a blogger who is making and selling apps by hiring freelance developers: "Trying to figure out the best keywords using guesswork will only get you so far. There are a number of online tools you can use. My favourite ones that I use on a regular basis are http://AppCod.es and http://AppStoreRankings.net " Read the rest of her tips in the full article: http://thechocolatelabapps.com/a-picture-paints-981-words-more-than-an-itunes-100-character-keyword-limit/ -- Niraj
