Error in Launch Native App after several taps

I'm facing problem where my apps will display "Something's not right" message after several taps. I'm using Launch Native App plugin with the Browser option. After the app load, all links are working and work correctly opening the link using android browser. But after 2,3 taps all the links start prompting the message "Something's not right" message. This is using the Android version. Please, if somebody have the same problems, do share the solution with me. Thank you.

'Somethings not right' usually means it's looking for a resource that isn't there, or doesn't know which resource to look for. Check your BT Screens and Menus and make sure everything is entered where it should be. If you have resources (like HTML Pages and stuff) that need to be 'added' to the project, do so in accordance with best practices (see GoNorthWest's Tutorials on Adding Files in the How To section). Remember, if you add files and images in your control panel, they only serve to provide a link within the code. They are 'not' included in your package; you'll still need to add them. If none of this helps, let us know and we'll work on another round! Cheers! -- Smug

Hi Smug, The error only occur for Launch Native App plugin. I choose the option Browser so that it will open the browser with the link I provided. When the app start all these links perfectly pointing to the correct sites, however after 2 or 3 tap to the same links or other links the error message 'Somethings not right' start to appear. I believe all the info in BT Screens and Menus are correct, or else I won't get to the page I wanted when I tap it the first time. No HTML pages, files or images involve either. Other plugins seems to working fine but when this error appear then all the links broken. Thanks.

Hmm, ok, it sounds like it works, and after a little time, it forgets who it is... Could you post your config file (with the API Key, DataURL, reportToCloudURL, and registerForPushURL removed for security reasons). Basically kill off all the information after the AppId and before the lastModifiedDate in the BT_Items section of the bt_config.txt file. and we'll take a look. This would be the json data from your control panel, not your app project file. Cheers! -- Smug

Hmm... So far it all 'looks' good. the Json is correct, and I see nothing obviously wrong... Is this Android or iOS? Would you have any LogCat/Error logs we could peek at? Cheers! -- Smug

Device or Emulator? Run it again. And when it crashes, take a look at your LogCat (the logging feature that usually hangs out at the bottom of your screen) and see if any useful information shows up there. GoNorthWest wrote a nice little 'how to' for checking errors when things go badly... https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Problem_Reporting_and_Basic_Debug_v1.0.pdf If the config file works, (and it seems ok) then the log will tell the story. Cheers! -- Smug

Hi Smug, I run the apps on my emulator without any problem, but when installed it in my device this problem appear. I tried on other Android devices and have the same problem. I'll go through the document that you gave in case I missed out anything. Thanks.

Hi Smug, gone through the document but nothing helps. I run the apps using emulator to check for errors, nothing appear under Error Log or Log Cat. The apps that mostly using Launch Native App is under the Facebook or Twitter icon. Thank you.
