Just seen this new plugin by Mutzy. Can't wait to check it out, seems like it will provide hours of fun and design. Will defiantly get, I now know what I'll be doing this weekend.

You guys are quick! Just saw the email from Dave that this was released. This has been MONTHS in the making and is my very first plugin ever. Quite the learning curve we have here at Buzztouch. First I was excited just to make an app. Then I figured out how to connect a button on a xib to an actual Buzztouch screen. Then figured... "why not make it a plugin? how hard can it be?" Needless to say I couldn't have done this without Susan and especially David. You two rock! This plugin is for more advanced users since it involves playing around with the xib files themselves (iOS only). Play around with it and hopefully you'll love it as much as I do. Thanks! Mutzy would I have any control over the navigation bar, right button? Also can I use this plugin to create individual screen types other than for a menu? I'm so excited!

What I think is so cool about this is how you can make a button any size--we are not locked into square buttons. Every button can be unique--no need for the buttons to be evenly sized. The other thing I really like about this plugin is the fact that you can do your own .xib work. You don't have to know Objective C to make a completely custom home screen for your app. If you haven't worked with the .xib files before it can be a bit challenging, but I would say the challenge is similar to PowerPoint or Keynote. If you like to design, this will be a piece of cake for you.

Dragon007, You can still setup the navigation bar from the control panel similar to other plugins, including the option to have a button on the right side. It is designed to be used once per app, specifically as the home screen. But there are always exceptions to the rule. Let's say you wanted to use it again for a contact screen with buttons for facebook, twitter, email, etc. If you are self-hosted, you could always duplicate the plugin and upload it with a different name. If you are not self-hosted, you could create a custom plugin of your own and simply replace with the files from this plugin. problem solved!

Nice! With this, we have total freedom to make the home screen whatever we want it to be. I wonder how hard it would be to do this for Android? It has to be fairly easy to make this work in Android, but it wouldn't be as easy to play in the XML files as it is in IB.
