I was given a fix for adding iAd banner to the Carousel Plugin Screen for no tab bar and just the Socialize tool bar, which worked great. But I now need a fix for adding iAd to the Carousel Plugin Screen but with only the BT menu tab bar. Currently the iAd seats under the menu tab bar and I am struggling to get it to seat on top the bar.
