Hello, my problem is that my test app is not showing up on the Eclipse simulator. everything else loads on the simulator (clock, unlock, everything)and all the other icons load but not my app icon. How did you launch your test app?What does the console say?

No, I have not tried another simulator. I did not know any others were available.

Hi mobileappmogul, Have you created any screens in your app? Looks like you have a good handle on Eclipse and the Emulator but don't have any screens created in your Buzztouch control panel. If you would like I can take a look at your project. What is the name of the app?

Yes please, the name of my app is "Dance Baby Dance" but I'm not using the Buzztouch control panel, I am using App Code 2.0 (which looks like Buzztouch). I watched a demonstration video and I did exactly what the guy in the video did. His test app showed.The only difference was he was using xcode and I have to use eclipse.

You should be using buzztouch ,i Thinks its better..:) Can you PM me alink of APPCODE2.0 to help you.

I agree, I should be using Buzztouch. I feel I have been taken with this AppCode 2.0. I paid $1,000 for it and the training is crap. That's how I feel right now. I had to go to youtube to find out how to use the adroid sdk and eclipse properly.

1000$ thats way lot of money and thats why ilove buzztouch for just 50 bucks a year.

I just noticed a red "x' circle on my app file inside of eclipse. Could that be the reason that it's not showing up in the Eclipse simulator? here is a screenshot. I then noticed 103 error messages and made a video. Hi again, Unfortunately I'm not sure how to help at this point. Have you selected Google API 2.2 Level 8? There are no apps created with the name "Dance Baby Dance" Where did you get the source code for your app? You could as a guest (free) make apps with buzztouch and learn here as well (free) Hopefully you have not been taken advantage of. Best of luck! Let us know how we can help. ian

Thanks ian, That was it! I had to select Google API 2.2 Level 8 (I went to youtube) That got rid of the errors but my app is still not loading I got these error messages: [2013-03-09 11:53:03 - BT_activity_root] Failed to install BT_activity_root.apk on device 'emulator-5554': timeout [2013-03-09 11:53:03 - BT_activity_root] Launch canceled!

Do you have your Emulator set up correctly? You can do this in the AVD Manager. What is your app? Did you download the Source Code from buzztouch? Or does App 2.0 provide everything for you including the Source Code? The more i know the more I can help in the future to finish up your app. Keep us posted!

I paid for the course, $997 the training in the first module are excellent but the module 2 it's like they just put something together. Module 3 is very informative about monetization and ad networks. Still you get 30 days to try it.
