The past month it hasn't had as many downloads so I was wondering if it is best to release it went it is not doing as well, or to release it went downloads are doing well. I don't have a real answer for you but I do know that users like updates. And people checking out your app in the Stores may like to see that it does get updated every once in a while. I say update!
