Push Notification -Error on Device

Hi I have set everything regarding push notification, and it is working in the eclipse simulator. But if i try to send it to a live app in the google play (The BT_config.txt file is showing "version":"1.0", "currentMode":"Design",) So when i try to send a message to this app i have selected "send to devices to design mode". And in BT control, i am getting the following error --- "There are no Android Devices registered. You can't send messages until devices are registered. Devices need to register as "Live" or "Design", depending on which mode you selected." --- And on my device i am getting ---" There is a problem communicating with google cloud message system. Is the device online? is the device logged into an google account? "--- : Is this problem caused because i have not changed the mode to live, or is it anything else.

Me too, getting the same error. Seeing and sending the push notification only to a simulator version but not to a program version on a live device. On Android.
