API Key/Secret validation failing

RonBo buzztouch Evangelist Posts: 167 Reg: Feb 26, 2012 Raleigh, NC 5,220	confirm \| cancel 03/04/13 03:12 PM (12 years ago) API Key/Secret validation failing Just did a new 2.18 install, and my control panel is loading fine (http://www.curbside-industries.com/buzztouch) However, when I go to Admin, Settings, the listed IP Address is empty. This servers IP ADDRESS is: This servers HOST NAME is: www.curbside-industries.com I'm able to get the IP address of my hosted site from their cPanel, and i used that in the buzztouch.com control panel. But every time I press Validate on my self-hosted control panel, it says Working for a bit, and then "Error Saving?" in red. Any ideas? It seems like everything is working, but I worry that the fact that Validate doesn't work will end up biting me somewhere down the road. I use http://www.startlogic.com/ for my hosting provider, and it took me about 15 mins to follow the steps and get my self-hosted install going. I followed https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/BuzzTouchServerTutorial.pdf and while it wasn't screen for screen, most "cPanels" are similar enough to match up what you have to do. Comments FYI for all nervous about going self-hosted...
