Form Fillable PDF File

Ok, so I am very new here and currently trying to fell my way around. I made a very basic app that contains PDF files that should be fillable and emailed when completed. The only problem is that after creating the fields in Acrobat Pro X, the Ipad/Iphone can't enter any data. I read another post on this forum but it didn't contain an answer for me. I am using Xcode and IOS. If this can't be done with the PDF Plugin, is there a way to open a different app, fill out the form, email, then return to original app? I already have the PDF forms and don't know mych about HTML either so any help is appreaciated.

PDF "Forms" don't do real well in this environment. Display is fine; data collection doesn't work. You can do the form in HTML and either have PHP or a 'mailto:' provide the transport of data for you. PHP is more robust and can be automated, but can be complex. MailTo is extremely simple and requires no backend server. Here is a simple example: http://www.angelfire.com/fl5/html-tutorial/easyform.htm And if you have questions or concerns, feel free to ask! Cheers! -- Smug

PDF Forms can be filled-out with the Adobe Reader app for iOS and Android. But that means your User would be switching apps -- not good. -- Niraj

Yeah, I wish there was a way to use the resources without opening the app, or open the app inside of my app. Trying different methods now..

There is a form creation plugin coming out soon apparently. You may need to be a little patient for this.

If you discussed form creating from iOS, so that's quite a bad idea, I would say. I barely can imagine a case where it would be convenient in the same way as with desktop software like adobe acrobat dc or pdffiller form builder https://online-form-builder.pdffiller.com/ thus, I don't think it worth a try
