errors in BT_activity_base.java (using v2.0)

errors include GCMRegistrar cannot be resolved. Also other errors having to do with GCM Any ideas guys? Al :-)

Well, if you haven't touched that file, then something else is triggering it. With Android, it requires a fair amount of 'cleaning' and rebuilding sometimes. One small oops in my code created hundreds of errors once; it looked like a fire there was so much red. Make sure your modifications are good, and do a clean/rebuild of your project. errors were there from the import of the buzztouch project files tried a clean...no luck

Has the gcm jar been added to the build path?

well it is in the project in the libs folder...was there something more i should have done?

looks like i do not have the GCM installed on eclipse...lemme try that and see what happens

Yep, you need to download the GCM stuff using the Android SDK Manager. Once you do that, all will be well! Mark

Hey there Mark. I downloaded a couple of updates but saw no GCM in the extras or anyplace else.

holy smoke...... Apparently i was WAY outdated. guess thats what i get for taking a couple of months off, it's like the entire internet changed....lol. when i opened eclipse, i got a message for yet another round of updates...GCM was among them. Will install it and let ya know how it goes. Thanks for the help
