Updating the Buzztouch app on emulator after app changes in buzztouch online console...

Hi fellow developers - Now trying to update my buzztouch app, after I have it running on ADT emulator. I made the changes in buzztouch online. But can't find the "refresh" button in the emulator... As shown in the tutorials... What am I missing? Is there another way to update? Do I download the source again? Thanks for your help and patience for my beginner's issues... Gloria

Gloria.. ON the emulator I just hit the house button on the it.. Its one of your control on the emulator on the right.. This will usally refresh the app for me.. Remember depending on your computer it does take sometime to make changes sometime up to 3-5 min depending on what your are changing.

Thanks jvalley. I changed the order of the menue items on the HOME page and some of the display... Trying to see how to get it on the emulator... I'm finding it hard to get into the basic stuff... I guess once you run through it the first time, it starts to become easier... (the HOME/HOUSE button hasn't worked yet for me...) G.

Did you change your device you are emulating on to activate the those buttons.. By default it doesn't .. You have to edit the device I the adt and check mark so the buttons and keyboard works on emulator for the device you selected

sometimes, if you have to 'force' a refresh on android (device or emulator) press 'home' and exit your app... Choose 'settings' and 'applications' (or application manager) Find your app and 'clear cache' or 'delete cached data' or whatever it actually says... Restart your app, either from the simulator or Eclipse... Cheers! -- Smug

i "somehow" got the app to update. by turning the emulator button off/on. updating the right button type on the home screen menu to refresh. so i've closed the loop to be able to update/change the app on ADT from buzztouch - with your inputs. thanks! gloria
