I have used the Email Image plugin on my previous iphone and ipad apps and it's worked fine but now the iphone is working 100% but not the ipad and I'm not sure if its IOS 9 or the latest update of Xcode that's caused the problem but I don't know enough about coding to figure this one out so need some help. On iPad only the plugin opens ok and you see the usual buttons: Choose Image, Take New Image and Cancel but if you click on choose image or take new image instead of the pop-up screen opening linking to your photos album or camera it just flashes once and stays on the same initial button screen.

Hi Smug yip your fix sorted this out YAY! but now see the other old gremlin is back http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=D283EDF6BE782A87DD582D4 where email window doesn't close on send or cancel. I hate Apple updates going to try go back to xcode 7.0.0 I had updated to 7.0.1 and see if that helps otherwise is there an updated on your previous fix - (void)dismissWithClickedButtonIndex:(NSInteger)buttonIndex animated:(BOOL)animated so, in your code you would use it sort of like: [actionSheet dismissWithClickedButtonIndex:1 animated:true];

Yes for both Email Image and PDF plugin :-( I tried going back to xcode 7.0.0 but it's still not dismissing the window. It sends the pdf so I receive it in outlook but doesn't dismiss the window when you press either the cancel or send button. Please can you help me

I did a test, seems ok on my iPhone, but my kids have disappeared with my iPad!

Hi, I think I have the fix working for an iPad, but I have come across a different problem. On an iPad (I don't currently have one), I am being told pictures taken when the device is on its side, arrive distorted. It looks as if the image is being modified / compressed when emailed. I've tried locking rotation in the app but it doesn't stop the user holding the iPad sideways on and taking a picture. Any suggestions please? Cheers, Alan

Quick update 1) I can confirm the above fix does work on an iPad, a mate did the test for me. 2) My new iPad arrives tomorrow - OK, you probably didn't want to know that lol. 3) There is an issue with landscape and emailing pictures. I think it has something to do with the way iOS 7 otr 8 changed the way it detects screen dimensions.
