Lots of newbie questions...

I successfully have app working in iPhone emulator for iOS...all shows working fine. I successfully installed eclipse on mac mini, downloaded app zip files, created new project, placed asset files, no errors. However, emulator for Google APIs (Android 2.2) shows menu items, no images, html from doc files view ok, but functionality on home button in top bar are not working. I am not a programmer, can someone point me in the right direction on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks.

1) NO images that I have in my BT_Images file show up...although the main icon does. 2) I have activated "home" buttons on the top menu bar and when selected get error message: Something's not right...no screen is connected to this. (note: i do have screens connected which appear fine in the iOS simulators. Can anyone help?

In most cases Android images go in the Res > Drawable directory - that's where you'll find the main icon (icon.png). Don't know about point 2, never use the top menu bar..

Sorry for the beginner questions...can you use the same app build in BT for both iOS and Android or do you have to build one app in BT for iOS and a new app in BT for iOS? Would it be better either way?

No you can have the same app for both unless you have plugins which don't support both

You'll use the same BT 'project' to create Android and iOS apps. The code you download is completely different from each other; You won't be loading Android code into iOS, nor will you be loading iOS code into Eclipse (Android). They are separate, because they are different languages. But you 'can' create both. We're using the same 'template' to create both frameworks. Cheers! -- Smug

WOW - I have learned so much in 2 days. Thank you ALL!! However, still have an 1 issue I can't seem to resolve and should be home free!!! 1) Using Image Buttons and images are not previewing either in emulator or device. Also when menu button is selected from main menu app closes unexpectedly: JSON from config.txt looks like this: {"itemId":"B4A992198A425488ADECBBB", "itemType":"BT_buttonItem", "loadScreenWithItemId":"120797CF240EF0BD201F9FC", "titleText":"About", "imageNameSmallDevice":"about2x.png", "imageNameLargeDevice":"about2x.png"}, I have html files in assets/BT_Docs and images in res/drawable...please help again...
