Idea for these forums

Can we add a search thread search bar somewhere. I want to ask so many questions but i am sure someone has already asked but the site doesn't make it easy looking for them. A seach topic seach bar will minimise the amount of new topics being added.

The easiest way to search is to use google: type buzztouch.com <search query> in the search bar

Down the left you have 'advanced search' option. That's what you are looking for

Truth be told, the search function here bites the biscuit. I found that out 10 minutes after I first found the site. However, I think it was Fred (MySkylla) who taught me a trick I use 'constantly' to find stuff. And while I'm mentioning Fred, MySkylla.com has a killer search of all things buzztouch. But usually I have a google search page open, and use the following syntax: "site:buzztouch.com/forum <replace with your search terms here>" (without quotes, of course) And that should bring up a fair amount of what you're looking for. Cheers! -- Smug

BT Gang, why don't you bring the search window to the front, rather than hiding it in the Advanced Options? It took me a few visits until I found it there. I was googling like hell to find things in the BT Forum. Google is good, but I like BT better. At least BT does not try to rule the world. Please streamline the process, new no-to-little coders (like me) will appreciate it. If you do, I will ask my wife to bake a cake for you. A big one with the ZZ logo! Strawberries with mascarpone cream... I would definitely consider it. You get it when I make enough money with apps and come for a meeting. Cheers! Frogman

Hello everyone, David @buzztouch mentioned awhile back about putting a Google search within the forums so it would search the forums/site. With all the new features and buzztouch evolving, I'm pretty sure this was put on the back burner. Just one of the features @buzztouch that will get better with time. LA
