Best method for using docs or html?

I want my app to be workable/viewable to the end user when no internet connection is available. I also want to make it easier for clients to make content changes. What would be the best method for displaying content...using documents or html? Any other suggestions would be helpful.

I had the same question And then i found that using html plugin with files created using html5 will give good results. I am using dreamweaver cs5 to create .html files for my project. These files should be stored in BT_Docs folder of the project. Using images is also simple with this method.

Hi started with Custom HTML/Text, which is good for a start, but the results are not too replicable and it is difficult to find out what is the problem. Then I read the forum and I am using HTMLDoc plugin to show html. I am producing html documents in Komodo (it's free). Then the html document goes to BT_Docs in the assets folder, while images need to go directly to the assets folder. You can then specify your path to a file locally instead of downloading it. Every other pictures usually go to the res/drawable, so do not mix it up. It works consistently. Cheers, FROGMAN
