I wouldn't pay over $200, for both iOS and Android together. A good developer could do that in about 3 hours or so, you might get away with it cheaper than that depending on the plugin developer you hire. @chris1, @kittsy, @angryninja, these are good guys to start looking quotes for, just the first three that popped into my head. Maybe get someone to create a SETTINGS plugin where you could maybe set 4 or 5 variables to whatever value you want. They could then be stored in local memory or written to config file. Then other plugins such as Login's and the Dialer could be modified to alternatively look for those variables rather than the pre configured CP variables! Comments Here's a thought!
