In app Purchase plugin

Hey guys, trying to implement the IAP. Still not sure how it works. I want a free app with limited contents, and have a screen where you buy the complete version, as new app. You'll then have two apps, the free and the complete. I've set up the iap in itunes connect but keep itunes connect tells me I've first got to upload the IAP content. How do I do that? For the life of me, I can't figure it out... Being the content a new app, what do I upload, the complete new app package? Thanks. Miguel

Ah, you must've selected "Hosting Content with Apple". Go to your iAP page, and go to the last box, and select edit. Then look for the "Hosting Content with Apple" radio buttons and hit "No". Save. Make sure you have a screen shot uploaded and your good to go! -tM http://thecodemonsters.com

Hey, thanks for the reply. It's not just that. When i change it to not host with apple, I get this: Your first In-App Purchase(s) must be submitted with a new app version. Select them from the In-App Purchases section of the Version Details page and then click Ready to Upload Binary. If I go to my Version Details I get this: In-App Purchases cannot be added to this version because it has already been submitted for review. To manage your In-App Purchases, go back to the App Summary page and click on the Manage In-App Purchases button. I'd like to understand two things, if anyone knows the answer: - If hosting with Apple, how do I submit? - If not hosting with Apple, I assume this means I have to host it somewhere, how does the in app purchase, know where to download the file from? Thanks. Miguel

I had this issue for ages! "In-App Purchases cannot be added to this version because it has already been submitted for review. To manage your In-App Purchases, go back to the App Summary page and click on the Manage In-App Purchases button. I'd like to understand two things, if anyone knows the answer: - If hosting with Apple, how do I submit? - If not hosting with Apple, I assume this means I have to host it somewhere, how does the in app purchase, know where to download the file from?" Mine was not a physical purchase, i was just hiding a screen that the purchase would then allow access to. To get past this, i downloaded itunes connects's 'application loader' and uploaded the data and images via that. It worked from that point onwards because when you submit you application upload, these in app purchases get uploaded also for review https://itunesconnect.apple.com/apploader/ApplicationLoader_2.8.dmg
