Review New In App Purchases

I have a live app in the Appstore that contains 2 in app purchases. I went to add a new one this morning and it looks like the in app purchases also undergo a review process as well. Does every in app purchase need to go though review or is there some other way to expedite this process with a shared secret. Thanks Doc

Wish I could say; I have none. But let me know what you come up with... I'm planning an FCC Study Guide with an in-app upgrade for testing as well... I have zero experience in 'in-app purchases' so far, so any insight you discover would be valuable to us. Cheers! -- Smug

I would think that it would, since Apple get profit from it. But it is coming from the Buzztouch backend server, so it might just refresh.

Hey Rad Doc, are you using IAP plugin to unlock screens or to download a new app? Been struggling with that. Thanks, Miguel

Hey Miguel, Yes, I have successfully added IAP into my app about a month ago. My IAP unlocks streaming audio screens that contain new music mixes. Where are you having problems ?

I'm having two problems. I've able to set the Iap to unlock a screen. But every time I want to go to the unlocked screen I have to go through the Iap screen. Is this how it works with you? I'm trying to add and Iap to download a new different app. I mean, I have a free app with limited contents and want to add an Iap to buy and download a new app. The user would end up with two apps, the free and the compete. Have you any experience with this? Thanks miguel
