Do some BTU courses, they'll teach you the environments you'll need to understand. 3. Read the forums, see what others are doing and resolutions. 4. Download some users apps, see what they are doing. 5. Watch some webinars! @IanJamesPiano and Warren have superb info right there for you. 6. NEVER hesitate to post on the forums if you get stuck, most have been there and will chip in. 7. Get an idea for an app and run with it.
