How are you html forms set up? Are you using local html docs or pointing to an online html doc using the custom url plugin?

There's a few different plugins you might be using. One is the "custom url" plugin, where you specify an online webpage (which could contain an html form). One is the "Custom HTML/Text" plugin, where you create an html page on Buzztouch.com. And one is the "HTML Doc" plugin, where you load an html page directly onto the device. Which plugin are you using? Also, did you design the html form yourself, or are using one hosted/created by another website or developer?

Do you guys know another program besides spreadsheet converter that works well for making forms? I use spreadsheet converter but I need to add a js and css file to my project. Is there a way to add a form without adding any files to your project?

@learning by doing: would you be open to sending me your files over email so I could take a look? Send me a pm @feraco - I've found the best are done by hand ;). But I do have a form generator plugin in the works that will be perfect for you.
