Forbidden error in install process

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I'm the admin so permissions shouldn't be an issue. Any ideas? It still sounds like permissions to me. You're the admin... are you 'logged in' as Admin? It still looks like permissions to me. Or an incomplete upload, but more likely permissions. Make sure you're logged in as top dog, make sure your directory permissions structure is set at least at 755. Remind me what page 'stage 2' is...? I'm admin and all folders are 755 except files which is 777. It's being installed in mydomain.com/appserver and all the settings appear correct in buzz touch, config.php, etc. I can actually log in to it but can't upload plugins or create apps so I'm figuring that was what was coming in Step 2 & 3. Ok, Packages like Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, etcetera... they all install pretty much the same way. do you have any of those installed? How did those installs go? Cheers! -- Smug Comments hmm.... This is a new domain but it's setup and functions like all the rest. I can't figure this permissions issue though. Cheers Comments All good. I ended up whitelisting the domain and that helped. Got to the end of the install except index now throws an error. Yipya Thanks Smug, it was the curl suggestion that reminded me I needed to whitelist domains when using it.
