Port 2196 open but still Push Error

Hi All, So port 2195 & 2196 are open, but this error is still there. What I have come to the conclusion is that the connection to the SSL server at Apple is being refused by Apple, because the authentication certificate (.pem) was not bundled with the authentication request. Here is the error: Oops, a PHP error was trapped. File: /home/content/39/8352539/html/JAppBuilder/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_pushNotifications_AJAX.php Line: 71 Message: stream_socket_client() [function.stream-socket-client]: unable to connect to ssl://feedback.sandbox.push.apple.com:2196 (Connection refused) Does anyone have any ideas? Solutions? Updated .php files to upload to my server? Thanks, Jake

Ok so I'm out of my league on this one, but I have the same error. I too am hosting with Godaddy. I did come across this forum post, but I don't know if its current but it seems relevant. http://support.godaddy.com/groups/web-hosting/forum/topic/port-blocking/

This has been resolved: On a Shared Hosting, GoDaddy will not unlock the ports needed. GatorHost will, and they are very affordable. These ports need to be open: 1. Outgoing port 5223 (APN) 2. Outgoing port 2195 (PUSH) 3. Outgoing port 2196 (PUSH) 4. Outgoing Port 443 (SSL) Jake

Unfortunately for me changing hosts isn't that simple for a fix. I'll wait and see what the official fix is. Great work on the solution though.
