I definitely hate code, so I don't think I'll develop plugins. But I've got some plugin ideas that may be useful for me and fellow BuzzTouchers! Here's one... An in-between screen that could be used for disclaimers, warnings, advertisement, and so on. Check this page if you're not familiar with the notion of interstitials: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstitial_webpage You got it: some kind of splash screen that could be used anywhere in an app. Tech specs 1a. possibility to set how many seconds the Hyperstitial screen will be displayed before fading to the next screen (useful if the Hyperstitial is used for advertisment) 1b. possibility to set the displaying time to infinite and force the user to tap (useful if the Hyperstitial is used for disclaimers or warnings) 2a. a button or checkbox to close the Hyperstitial and jump without delay to the next screen (useful in case 1a) 2b. possibility to not display this button or checkbox at all (useful in case 1b) 3. universal iPhone/iPad (2 different images if you build a universal app) 4. tapping on the Hyperstitial will load the screen of your choice (e.g. a detailed ad screen in case 1a, or just the next screen in case 1b) 5. the images of the Hyperstitial may be embedded in the app or pulled from the web That's all, folks! Who'll take the challenge?

I believe the splash screen plugin can already be used in this way. Am I wrong?

I never tried to use a splash screen 'inside' an app, between 2 screens, but anyway a splash screen loads only one screen... For disclaimers or warnings, an 'in-between' splash screen would be ok, but not for an advertisement enticing you to load another screen than the one you were supposed to load before being exposed to this incredible special offer ;-)

ah - well I think some of the ad networks have the option to insert full-screen ads into apps. You might want to check that out as an option.

You're right, it could be an option, but my idea goes beyond the ad issue! Imagine an app about a restaurant, with a screen displaying the menu... But the cook wishes to focus for a while on Valentine's Day special menu, or on a special event... Just an example!
