Would it have something to do with going from 5.1 to 6.1 simulators and a newer version of x-code? If you have 'warnings' they can be disregarded. Most 'warnings' currently are due to the most recent update to Xcode. Make sure you follow the 'instructions.pdf' explicitly, and you should be good. But stop back if you're still having issues!
