API's installed in SDK manager but not showing in Eclipse

It says API should be 8 or above, in my SDK manager it says it's at 17 but in Eclipse because it's not appearing. Should I download it separately?

Worry Not. We all do that. I've done it twice. Cheers! -- Smug

ME AGAIN! So the laptop I've been using is being taken away from me! I'm going to be starting fresh on a hand me down computer... It has Vista on it... I was thinking of wiping it and installing XP... What would Smug do?

I wouldn't give a copy of Vista to my worst enemy ;) Either use WindowXP, or use Windows 7 or 8. But steer clear of Vista. It bites. Cheers! -- Smug also remember though, to gather your resources (drivers and stuff, especially for network) before you wipe it. Nothing is more frustrating than having to get the software you need manually. Get the laptop Type and Model, go to the Manufacturer website and download the drivers you'll need before you need them. Put them on a USB stick or CD or something handy.
