Sorry this video can not be played

Have an m4v file that I used Handbrake to convert to an mp4. Uploaded it to my remote web server and have a link to it in my app. Other mp4's on my site that haven't been converted from m4v's work well on my Android phone. But when I try to link to this one in the app, I get a message that it cannot play video. Anyone familiar with Handbrake and know how to convert an m4v that will play on the Android. I googled some suggestions but nothing has worked. Thanks. Steve

I assume you're using the AT53 Video Player plugin. I had trouble streaming on Android devices running an OS less than 2.3, and when streaming was using https: (use http:)

Handbrake is a pretty handy tool, but I only use it for video on my Television, usually. I remember when playing with the AT53 that I used '*.mov' files as well; have you tried a different format? Is it just that one file? Is it the only m4v file you have? Cheers! -- Smug
