Simulator message saying data for this screen has not been downloaded

I have double checked and my word docx or powerpoint pptx documents have been copied by me into the BT documents folder in Xcode; they have been uploaded to the Documents section of BT control panel and everything saved and refreshed bu will not show up in the simulator - just get the same message about data has not been downloaded. my internet connection is fine. The file names are the same. I know I could use a URL but surely this should be working....? It used to in the old BT 1.5... Any ideas please? Thanks David

Let's you set an alternative source for config data for the screen. If you had set that, it might be what's causing your problem. Are you on self-hosted? Did you have the app working with those same docs previously? Have you tried the old MS format (doc, not docx)?

Hi Vist58 Did you manage to fix your issue? I have the exact same problem with my word doc. I get the same issue and have done everything that has been suggested. It just wont load the doc in the simulator. Regards Lloyd
