Is there any developer willing to try and create such a plugin, I would be willing to pay and happy for the community to have and for the developer to sell in the market store, no ties, I just want the feature. But the user would have to add like a line of code or something to each plugin when the "liked facebook" action happens. That functionality is out of our control. If you change your mind Moster I am willing to pay for your time, I wouldn't expect any developer to do something like this for free just so I can have the feature.
