I thought it might be because my database tables are a non standard name. Is it an issue for you? I was able to delete the screens manually from the database. For the moment, either rename it and 'ignore' it... ...or you can perform the incredibly dangerous act of directly deleting it from the database, if you're SQL savvy and have access to PHP MyAdmin or other tool.
