One time only splash screen

Is there a way to have a splash screen that only shows the very first time someone opens the app.I was thinking that on my next update there would be a screen that opens for users that just updated it that explains new features.

There might be a way, (which I have never tried) by releasing an app with a specific config.txt file built in that shows the screen explaining new features. When a refresh is made, the app would load a new config.txt automatically, which a more normal layout and changes the page. That might not get through the apple app store testing, but might be viable for google play. Alan

You could use this https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=C858505DBCFE2BAF59C4ADF&command=isSearching&currentPage=1&topicTitle=&createdBy=Chris1&repliedBy=&minViews=-1&maxViews=-1&minReplies=-1&maxReplies=-1&forumCategory= But it would be permanent on your app. The simplest way would be to add a splash screen for a limited time using Custom HTML and just remove it after a couple days/week etc. A Plugin that in does as Chris says would be awesome tho !!
