One review said he'd like them so I went to the app, changed the core property to allow rotations in all devices, hooked up an ipad, and didn't recompile, just copied and pasted the config file to Xcode file. Ran it and the app will not rotate. Since I never allowed it before, I don't know if it would have allowed it on old ios versions, but at least now, with the latest ios, there's no rotation, even though the config file does have the rotation on all device.
