Unfortunately your only solution is to do it on a Mac. You need Xcode to do this, which is only available on Apple computers.

People may post workarounds, they are not worth the effort in my opinion. Mac is the way to go. You may find someone willing to publish for you but causes a lot of headaches as well. If you are serious about developing Apple Apps, buy a Mac. No two ways about it. Whether you use buzztouch or anything else, Mac is required, it isnt a BT requirement, it is an Apple requirement. Sorry buddy but it is well worth it. People have spent a few hundred bucks on a Mac and made it back in a week. Dream the dream and do it. Apple review every app, they open it, play with it and test it, it isn't like Play. Submitting an app through someone else and not testing it, again is a path to failure. Can you borrow a Macbook Air from a friend? Can you develop on someone else's? With that said xcode is easy compared to Eclipse you needn't mess someone else's machine up to achieve this. Good luck buddy and feel free to reach out with any other questions or requests for help.

Totally echo what @shak77 and @MacApple said...gotta get a Mac. The Xcode Terms Of Service (TOS) require that it run on an Apple branded product. Also, don't forget you have to join the Apple Developer Program at $99/yr in order to publish your apps to iTunes! Mark

The beauty of Buzztouch is that once your project is set up, you can do a lot of content work from any browser...on your phone, your tablet, your PC. So you don't need to borrow your friends MAC all the time. Just at certain points in the process.

If you cant find a friend to publish the app, I'll try to help out. I can compile it, test it, and publish it if you wish.
