Hi there appears o be a slight drop shadow on the title label. Is it possible to remove this shadow affect?

The label is a simple uilabel there is no drop shadow. Just tested my end and there is no drop shadow

It might be the colour clashing with the background. Defo no added effects to the label

It definitely looks embossed, try tweaking the label in interface builder. The label is a basic ui label so I'm guessing that is the way ios does it, I'm guessing that the label text color may look flat with the uicolor such as redColor not the hexcolors. I'm not near a mac so I can't really check

It's ok, it's not a massive issue and I am nip picking as I like perfection. The plugin is still top class. By the way Kittsy, when will your Mosaic Menu Plugin be out? looking forward to that.

@Dragon007. If you are still having issues with the shadows just go to the xib file and double click the font label. On your right you will see in the toolbox an option to change the shadow and highlighted. Change them to clear or play around with it. In your case Im sure its background that clashes but that fix above will help remove any shadows and highlights.

By the way Kittsy, is there a way to fix the label display on iPhone 5 vs iPhone 4? Depending on which device you're using, the spacing of the label and the Carousel will be vastly different. If we could choose a specific .xib for 4" and another for the 3.5" it would be great! Thanks, Andy

I confess the label was a bit of an after thought. The big difficulty with the label is, there are so many different types or carousel, vertical or horizontal it would require a lot of different code to move the label around appropriately. I can have a look of making a few lines of code to keep it 20 pixels below, but it's not that easy I will look into it when I'm next at the mac. If it was just 1 type of carousel it would be easy. Unfortunately they do not have a separate xib for iPhone 5 I gave looked into it

Hi Kittsy their was actually an 'Off Set' on text which was I think -1, set this to 0 and the shadow went. So just to let you know that their is a shadow on the text. Also thanks to Mysps for pointing this out.

Yeah it's not made in the code it's default for a ui label in interface builder. but thanks good spot for others

No probs, my texts is crystal clear now. Is their a potential release date for your Mosaic Menu?

working out some kinks hopefully soon. I'm focussing it on being a photo album but with the added feature of it being a menu aswell
