If not created then create one question and answer then look at the config so you can have an idea on the formatting. Hope this helps some. Just follow the instructions here. http://idevdepot.com/including-quiz-data-files-inside-an-ios-build/ For storing online use the public folder of dropbox. Use the Screen Data URL field to but the http link in. You can also upload the text file to your BT control panel. Then link to the file there.
