Locations Showing in blank space

Ok when I used the eclipse simulator and i click on the locations that I setup the locations pins will show in a blank space without showing the map, terrain or streets. It just show the pins. When I click menu and I choose one of the choices nothing happened. Please help. I am using eclipse and the android atp(something) 8 simulator

Do you have your Google Maps API keys set? I dont know how to set that up. I was thinking that the only thing I need to do its just unzip and load the folder in eclipse to make it work. I tried to check the res/ docs folder but I dont have any files in that folder. Thanks for the video link GoNorthWest I will see it when I get home from work. Hopefully this work.
