I am completely new to creating plugins, but am hoping to get some help. I need to create a plugin that has a list, in which the user fills in his/her information. 'Cocoa' and 'Xcode' are names for 'Objective-C', which is the language used for iOS. Java"Script" is not a 'compiled' language, and can be used on either in limited application.
