Without completely understanding your intentions, I suppose you could put an 'include' at the foot of each page, that points to a 'central' footer you could use... That would entail doing a 'search/replace' with RegEx if you wanted to be precise. Otherwise, if it wasn't too many pages, you can do it all by hand. Once the 'include' is included, you're set. Before: <?php echo $thisPage->fnGetBottomNavBar();?> </div> <?php echo $thisPage->fnGetBodyEnd(); ?> After: <?php include("myfooter.php"); ?> 'myfooter.php' would contain: <?php echo $thisPage->fnGetBottomNavBar();?> </div> <?php echo $thisPage->fnGetBodyEnd(); ?> Hope this helps! "class.Page.php" Line 231 Cheers! -- Smug hint: using either Text Wrangler (Macintosh) or Notepad ++ (Windows) advanced search, you can grep through multiple files for a match. I just set the start at the root of my BT Self Hosted server, and let it roll! :)

Yes, I created it on my knowlegebase online.. I want clients to access it from their account panel. I don't want to include anything related to buzztouch..

Well, you'll probably want to snoop around "bt_appDownload.php, and edit the filenames of the downloaded packages more to your liking. But with respect to 'Instructions.pdf' I can't find it anywhere. No file, no mention of a file. Yet it is included with the packages I generate. As close as I can decipher, that file must reside on BT servers and provided to the package during the API Authentication portion of the script. That's my guess. If you want to seriously look into the change, you'll have to contact one of the BT Admins for that. Cheers! -- Smug

I'm just guessing. but, the fact is that I can't find it. Not a pdf file, no file called 'instructions', and no direct mention anywhere in the script. However as part of it's authentication with BT, it does communicate to the 'mothership' to ensure that the server generating code has a valid API and all that. Since it can't just magically appear, it *must* come from them. But again, it's a guess. And who says I didn't miss it. I have no clue what their policy is, and in my particular case, it doesn't matter. But it's an interesting question, if only because I can't find the silly thing. And I can see your point. When the US wakes up, and a few of the commercial BT'ers get online, they may have an idea. Cheers! -- Smug

I remember this coming up in the past, someone wanted to replace the pdf with one in their language. The pdf gets downloaded with the project from bt servers. As far as I can remember the question wasn't resolved. It's a good point by @sgaire, branded self hosting should mean just that.

I see.. If thats the case then BT should include a GENERIC .PDF if api is called from self hosted server.. That would be a logical thing to do.

The zipped project from the bt server resides in the /files/temp directory. I suppose it would be possible to run a server script to intercept the download and remove the pdf before it reaches the end user. Technical stuff though.. A generic pdf would be much simpler!

Being a bit pedantic I suppose the wording isn't quite right, I guess 'branded' should more accurately be 'co-branded'? Personally, I don't care either way, but can see the confusion.
