I say that from an install point of view. If you have any issues, you can have them resolved before the next version comes down. (that said, I thought the self hosting install was fairly easy, if you've ever installed a CMS like Joomla/Wordpress/Drupal) If you haven't built anything of consequence, you can wipe it, and install the latest version once released. Make a few notes, the second time around will be much faster. I'm hanging on just in case it starts causing current test apps to crash, remember the current self hosting doesn't have push, it doesn't have live mode.
