Easy way to get hexadesimal code (#123456)

Hey All, While working on an app for a client, I was trying to figure out what colour to use for the text and background then I came across this site that helped me get the right Hexadesimal code for the text to align the app with their theme colours. Its quick and simple and gives you a couple of options of uploading the image. Check it out at http://imagecolorpicker.com/ Hope that saves you some time :)

Nice find, Kristen! Just a warning to avoid clicking on the button that says "Get the app". It is actually an advertisement for Hotels.com iPhone app. :-( I was hoping it might be a color-picker iPhone app! Nice gift of http://www.ReflectorApp.com to David Book! Worked well on today's Webinar. I use it once-a-week. Works swell. Thanks, -- Niraj

Hi Kaybee, Thanks for the pointers. I always end up using http://www.colorhexa.com/ in combo with Photoshop. A right pain.

I've used colorpic from http://www.iconico.com/colorpic/ for years, it's a little free, ad free, desktop utility that'll pick the hex out of anything on your screen.
