do you have the ability to test this on an actual device and not a simulator? Cheers! -- Smug

Yes, I did. BTW, when i created another menu item with HTML Doc(index.html) then I also drag all my Responsive HTML pages, including with CSS and Jquery+boostrap, to BT_Doc. Wow!!! It's work on both mobile phone and tablet. But bad luck it's still not work with embedded Video. Satit P.

How did you convert your video file to .mp4? I converted my videos to .mp4 using Aimersoft Video Converter using the "Universal Android" setting and I had the same problem you did. I only got my videos to work after I used Handbrake convert to .mp4.

Sounds like that's your problem... something not right is happening during the conversion process. You can change the conversion format from .mkv to .mp4 under the "Output Settings" option... it's the third option on the left side of the handbrake screen. I don't think all .mp4 files are created equally... convert the original file directly to .mp4.

I think my mp4(android1.mp4 ) format not a problem . Because i use mp4 same file as link with URL,which already work, drag it to BT_Video folder. It's still not work.

Interesting - seems like a couple of Android issues with the code of late. Sorry to hear it's not working. I wonder if there has been some changes to some BT core files that might be causing these issues... Lets gather some specs and start from scratch: Self Hosted? Android OS you are using?

Hi @satit, Android emulators do have problems showing videos so I would never rely on the emulator for a video. Just test the video on an Android device. LA

@satit Sounds like you have it working? How big is the video? I tested this yesterday with a @ 30MB video on Android and it did work. It does seem to take some time when you tap the PLAY image before the video launches on the device. I don't like that lag and curious if newer, faster devices don't have as much? I'm testing on an older device too. I also only get sound out of the emulator too. Check out this post I made yesterday. maybe some tips in here that might help? <a href="https://www.buzztouch.com/plugins/discussion.php?tid=D55399B2AD0B08885593FCD&pid=3C06F75263AE92A0B802F44&searchInput=search...&sortColumn=PT.modifiedUTC&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.buzztouch.com/plugins/discussion.php?tid=D55399B2AD0B08885593FCD&pid=3C06F75263AE92A0B802F44&searchInput=search...&sortColumn=PT.modifiedUTC&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=1</a>
