My provisioning profiles expired...

My provisioning profiles that I use with my app that's on the App Store expired yesterday. Do I just create brand new provisioning profiles?

You are cool. It will not affect the published app buddy. Apple more or less resign the app when they publish it Your profile is only for, well, showing apple you are a proper dev. Bit more than that but you know what I mean. Just renew your certs, you'll be cool.

You don't have to do anything for the app that is published, unless of course you are submitting an update of course then it will need resigned. You will have to create/renew your certs to continue working in xcode though, yes.

If you want to continue using the provisioning profile or if it is being used for development and or you want to use it for future distribution go to the provisioning area at developer.apple.com and select renew. May be able to renew in xcode as well (not sure).

I don't see a place to renew. My certificates are gone since they expired and the provisioning profiles say they're expired and there's nothing your able to do with it.

Aha! Just click renew and it'll renew the certificates, profiles, etc.?

When I click renew and then sign in, it says: "The given profile was not found on the provision profile: Please refresh your provisioning profiles before attempting to renew "[my provisioning profile name]"

Always something quirky with certs. You ain't alone. Sure the fix is to delete them (i know that sounds scary) and then refresh them and so on. Do a quick Google search for the phrase you posted above and you'll find the steps. Few posts on here about it as well. I'm due to do it soon... smashing.

You might refer to your keychain access to delete the expired ones as well. Good luck.
