I'm not sure if just using a URL chat is the best way... I am trying to find a way so someone can chat anonymously, without the chat being tracked back to their phone. I wouldn't want a full chat room, just a one-on-one. It would be used for emergency service workers/military who are suffering from PTSD after a major incident and need someone to talk to, but don't want anyone to know who they are. Really nice guys, responsive for support and I think they do it better than anyone without having to get your hands too dirty.
