Chat Plugin

Is there any way to add chat functions to apps? I'm not sure if just using a URL chat is the best way... I am trying to find a way so someone can chat anonymously, without the chat being tracked back to their phone. I wouldn't want a full chat room, just a one-on-one. It would be used for emergency service workers/military who are suffering from PTSD after a major incident and need someone to talk to, but don't want anyone to know who they are. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hate to say it when it has been said above twice but to hammer the point home try out Scringo for size. Really nice guys, responsive for support and I think they do it better than anyone without having to get your hands too dirty.
