In the past you could change screenshots at any time you want, even if your app was in the store...now you can only change screenshots by submitting a new binary. It looks like Apple is finally taking steps to stop the all of the app store scamming https://developer.apple.com/news/index.php?id=1092013a I'm honestly a little worried about this because lately I've noticed my apps will get approved and the screenshots will be all glitched and messed up in the store - there will be duplicates and some screenshots will be missing.
