IOS Xtify Integration Errors

Working on implementing Xtify into IOS now. I'm probably making the same mistakes I made with Socialize. Using this tutorial. http://developer.xtify.com/display/sdk/Getting+Started+with+Apple+Push+Notification+Service Step 8 b is where I'm getting confused about what to paste and where in the appDelegate.m. Here's my screenshot error for the imports: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7dorspekd1l840c/Xtifycode1.jpg Code I pasted in below: -(BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:(NSDictionary *)launchOptions{ ...after all my Socialize code https://www.dropbox.com/s/klka0yqg0tty8ah/xtifycode2.jpg Any ideas?

And the implementation one. They took a screen shot from their sample app. Copying code verbatim like that confused the hell out of me when tryi g to I stall third party sdk

Thank you. I tried that and got an error around line 85. Right where it says -init and below. Yeah, it's confusing me too. At first I didn't put in the things you told me to take out because of the verbatim issue but then I got these errors so I put them in. Here's a few screen shots to show the errors. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mnk8b122me03cpo/xtifycode3.jpg https://www.dropbox.com/s/qq8vekaau5qxz7g/xtifycode4.jpg

You have put the all the code in another method. Meaning in between the curly braces of the first method remove the code. Put it outside of any curly braces.

I always put extra methods that code right at the bottom of the file before the @end.

That didn't work because I had duplicates of some of the lines of code, but it really helped me figure out where to put the code. What I did was put the code down at the bottom line by line or section by section. If it threw a duplicate line error I just went to that line and posted everything that was applicable into the correct method (I guess). No errors but the code is all over the document. Not all in row or in the order Xtify posted the code in. That's no fault of there own. Anyway, I have no errors in the appDelegate.m now and It looks like it's going to work. This was a great lesson in dealing with code in these documents. Depending on the errors that get thrown up one can figure out where to paste code into the files. It's basic troubleshooting. Thanks again
