i had a twitter rss and youtube rss feed in my app, but now the youtube dont have any sounds coming out but the video plays, and twitter rss feeds just dont load

yep, i still use rss for youtube and twitter. here are my settings: YOUTUBE - in case of your own username: http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/YOURUSERNAME/uploads XML ELEMENT SETTINGS story -> entry title > title description > media:description link > link xml image > media:thumbnail thats all you'll need for youtube and for Twitter in case of your username http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.rss?screen_name=YOURUSERID The XML Elements are the default settings i hope thats what you were looking for! it still works fine for me.

i havent tried what you just said yet, but do you have ios 6.0 because things were working when i had a previous iOS

Me too ... just thought I might have missed something! I thought I read somewhere that someone had the old 1.5 plugin working on BT 2.0 but I could have dreamt it :)

Maybe this is old news but I've been able to accomplish putting in a Twitter feed by adding a Screen that is a Custom URL with the following at url: https://twitter.com/intent/user?screen_name=user-name-here&original_referer=https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines

Thanks @Pavo, Always good to find new ways of doing things! Since twitter stopped RSS feeds I've been using a json to rss script. It works well, it'll be on the forums here somewhere or I can chase it up for you if you need it. cheers Darrel

@ictugy, As a newbie I'm interested in anything that might be a better way of accomplishing the task... I'm sure TwiTTer will change things as soon as I get an app out, that's my luck :) I tried searching for json rss and can't find it.... If you can track it down that would be GREAT!

Dug it up , https://github.com/thomasyung/twitter-json-to-rss You basically set up the script on your server and then grab an RSS feed from your server into the app using the RSS BT plugin. Cheers Darrel
