In-App Purchase account question.

Hi all, I have an IOS app made for a client (free to download). Now, the client would like to start using In-App Purchase to generate revenues. Does anyone know if I can set up the bank account details so the revenue land on his account instead of mine? I looked in the IOS Developer library and couldn't find an answer. Thanks, Farcat

Its best that you set up his own developer account.. That way all revenue goes to him because its not possible to set up different bank accounts in one developer account. Good luck!

Hey @farcat, I would agree with @mysps. You don't want to be in charge or even handle your clients account with money. Your client just pays the developer fee and you assist with setting it up then your client is good to go. LA

@farcat, The Apple payments dump into the account in which it was set up on. mysps and LA are right on track. I would set up an account for your customers with there bank accounts. You can still maintain there products from BT. That is why Buzztouch is the best software on the planet! Just a thought! If you are going to have multiple clients, I would make sure you keep a organized system so you don't get the developer/push notification certificates confused. BTW thanks for showing your support, those member badges look great under your guys names! Happy app building! Tony

Quite proud of my badge, it does look good! Thanks for all your good advice. So, I set up a dev account for my clients and I develop for them on my machine (with an organized system). Sound good! What about this app that I have already developed under my name. Can ownership be transferred to the newly created dev account? Maybe it would be better to submit a new code under the client's name, but then again Apple might reject it as it is a replica of a existing one. Thanks, Farcat

Hey Farcat, This is what I would do: Open your client an account, but charge him for the annual fee. I don't think it can be transferred and pretty sure it would be rejected. LA
