V1.5 app works fine in Xcode simulator but menu for V2.0 app is blank!

I would guess that there is something simple that I am missing here. I am a novice and easily built a functioning app in v1.5. I tried to create an app using the v2.0 and it is blank in the xcode simulator. I can get my icon to all ear and click on it, but my menu items do not appear at all. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

Hi there! Hope this finds you well. Did you drag all the plugin folders across into xcode when you downloaded the zipped package?

Thanks, so please excuse the ignorance. With v1.5 app all I needed to do was download the source code and I could run the application in the Xcode simulator. For the v2.0 app do I need to download plug in folders? If so, where do I find them, and then do I just drag them into the main project folder on my computer once I have the app source code downloaded? Thanks so much!

When you download code in 2.0, there should be a little PDF guide that comes with it. Look in the directory when you unzip it. That will pretty much show you what you need to do. Follow the yellow brick road, and you'll be fine. (but the short answer is yes, in your downloaded code you should find your plug in directory, drag it into your xcode project. Have it put a reference link, not a copy, since it's already in the right place) Cheers! -- Smug

You got it. In the 1.5 days you would drag across a few things, images, docs etc but in Server Edition you need to drag over the plugin folders into xcode project. You'll find a folder within the downloaded package called plugins. No need to apologise buddy, every question asked adds to the site and helps others.
