I would really like to hear from the forum people's preferred way of initiating a push notification. What I am trying to understand is the 'customer experience'. I am using parse.com and the only way I know is to log on to the parse site and use their branded form to send the push. There is a lot more there there on the page that is for the tekkies but not relevant to the app owner. But that might just be my pre-conception. Do you think that works for the people you make apps for?. Or do you do something else to hide all that from the customer? I'd really appreciate your thoughts and experiences here please. Customers login on my website, write a "push notification ticket" and the day/time they want it send. After I receive it, everything is done by myself in parse. It's not ideal for them to have two websites for the app - one for the BT control panel and one for the push ... but it's better than no push at all! @MacApple... hoping you know something we don't!
