Show-Share iPhone & iPad screens via Mac or Windows

I show people my iPhone screens by using the Reflector app for Mac (or Windows). With Reflector, my viewers do not need to be next to me to peer at the physical iPhone. Scenarios: 1. Ability to walk around on stage while the Mac is physically connected to a VGA projector. The iPhone "beams" its screen to the Mac for display onto the projector's screen. 2. Show Internet Viewers my iPhone screen while sharing the Mac's screen via JoinMe.com or GoToMeeting. The iPhone beams its screens to the Mac for display within the Reflector app. The Reflector app is then screen-shared to the Internet viewers. The Reflector app uses Apple's AirPlay technology to do its magic. I had tried AirServer earlier in the year, Reflector was better for these reasons: - More stable, less buffer delays - Records the iPhone screen activity into a video - It puts a frame around the iPhone screen, making it look like a real iPhone It's fairly cheap, less than $15 US (there is a multi-license discount special before the year's end) For today's Database session, David Book had wanted to show the physical Android's GPS location because the Simulator could not do it. Reflector is the utility to transcend that "seeing is believing" gap! I am a happy Reflector user! http://www.ReflectorApp.com -- Niraj

Oops! Reflector is only for iPhone and iPad. The example for Android GPS won't work with Reflector. Does anyone know how to share Android screens in a similar way?

Nice share. Like some of this stuff you've brought to the table lately, quality posts :) This is a new screen sharing program I saw Adobe intro a few weeks ago. I don't think it's finished yet and that it is specifically for apps - but this seems to be their new solution for sharing screens across multiple devices and esp geared for presentations. http://html.adobe.com/edge/inspect/ They used it to show a Phone Gap app they built on site and how it would look on an iphone and then an Android device. Somehow it can feed the output from one screen to multiple devices. I'd try it out if I could find a trial version to play with. Looked pretty neat.

Unfortunately, the Adobe Edge Inspect tool is only applicable to HTML-based mobile apps (including PhoneGap). It connects to the mobile Web Inspector to do its magic. For BuzzTouch apps, I wonder if the UIWebView screens (URLs) would be viewable with Adobe's tool?
